1. Processing of metal Panel. Cutting, bending, Rotating

The metal panels be cut by laser cutting machine to guarantee the exact measurement, meanwhile we use CNC bending machine, CNC cutting machine, Auto rotated machine for the fan housing processing.

2. Punching of the accessories

We use 350T hydraulic punching machine for the large size accessories such as air inlets, backward impellers and so on. Currently we can make impeller in 1400mm dia. Meanwhile the mechanical punches meet demands for various dimensions of small accessories.

3. Welding

Our experienced technicians use subarc welding to weld housings and impellers with their superb technologies. Currently, we can process mile steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and so on.

4.  Surface processing

Powder coating for various colors, according to different function we can make coating of high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion coating, Zinc coating and so on.
